Job Title: Manager US Payroll
Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Manager US Payroll professional with strong expertise in managing complete end-to-end payroll operations for US clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading payroll processes, ensuring compliance with US payroll regulations, delivering accurate and timely payroll, and supporting client-specific requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
•Lead and manage end-to-end payroll operations for US clients, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.
•Configure payroll setup, migrate client data, and oversee system implementation.
•Ensure all manual and system-driven payroll processes meet compliance standards and deadlines.
•Monitor and deliver client-specific Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
•Provide payroll support in line with client policies and regulatory requirements.
•Manage, mentor, and support payroll team members to ensure smooth operations.
•Collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients to resolve payroll issues effectively.
•Strong knowledge of US payroll regulations, tax compliance, and statutory requirements.
•Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and professional email communication.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
•Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under strict deadlines.
•Team leadership experience with a proactive, high-energy mindset
•Experience of UK payroll will also be advantageous
