Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to oversee end-to-end payroll processing. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Zoho Books or Zoho Payroll and a background in finance operations, preferably in the IT or software logistics industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process monthly payroll accurately and on time using Zoho systems.
  • Maintain employee records, payroll data, tax filings, and compliance reports.
  • Manage accounts payable: process invoices, handle vendor payments, and perform reconciliations.
  • Handle employee expense management and reimbursements efficiently and in a timely manner.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and internal company policies.
  • Respond to employee payroll queries and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing necessary payroll reports and documentation.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in payroll and accounts payable.
  • Proficiency in Zoho Books, Zoho Payroll, or other Zoho modules.
  • Experience managing accounts payable processes.
  • Prior work experience in the IT, software, or logistics industry preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll and tax regulations.
  • Excellent skills in MS Excel and accounting software.
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational ability.
