Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Live Chat Executive located in Kolkata. The Live Chat Executive will be responsible for engaging with customers through live chat to provide assistance, answer inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. Daily tasks include handling multiple chat conversations simultaneously, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, and escalating issues to appropriate departments when necessary.
Qualifications

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in typing and multitasking
- Customer service experience, particularly in a live chat or support environment
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage high volumes of queries
- Basic technical knowledge to assist with troubleshooting common issues
- Familiarity with CRM software and live chat tools is a plus
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends
