Key Responsibilities (KRAs):
- Sales & Business Development
○ Generate leads through multiple channels (site visits, networking, digital platforms, referrals).
○ Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries effectively.
○ Drive closure of property sales by guiding customers from enquiry to booking.
○ Achieve individual and team sales targets consistently.
- Client Relationship Management
○ Build and maintain strong relationships with customers for repeat and referral business.
○ Understand customer requirements and provide tailored property solutions.
- Market Knowledge & Strategy
○ Stay updated with Pune's real estate trends, developers, projects, pricing, and competition.
○ Actively participate in promotional events, property expos, and project launches.
- Reporting & MIS
○ Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and closures.
○ Share daily/weekly reports with the sales manager and management team.
○ Use CRM tools to track sales pipeline and customer interactions.
Required Skills & Expertise:
● Minimum 1 year experience in real estate sales (Pune market knowledge is mandatory).
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
● Strong networking and client-handling ability.
● Self-motivated, target-driven, and ability to work under pressure.
● Familiarity with real estate CRM tools and MS Office.
● Proven ability to generate and convert leads.
● Leadership qualities (for Senior Sales Executive & Assistant Manager roles).
Education Qualification:
● Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing preferred).
