Job Summary

Daccess IT Infra Pvt Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in IT infrastructure, ELV, network, or e-Surveillance product sales. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Proactively identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities through cold calling, web searches, industry directories, and digital campaigns.
  • Sales & Client Management: Develop and maintain strong business relationships with current and potential clients. Understand their needs and provide tailored solutions from our comprehensive service portfolio.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the sales and leadership teams to develop and execute targeted sales strategies. Maintain short- and long-term business development plans.
  • Presentation & Communication: Create and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients at meetings, trade shows, and conferences. Professionally and confidently communicate with executives.
  • Pipeline Management: Coordinate business generation activities and manage the sales pipeline from initiation to close. Maintain an up-to-date database of prospective clients using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Excel).
  • Performance & Goals: Consistently meet or exceed annual sales goals and quotas for calls, appointments, and interviews.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of proven experience in IT infrastructure sales, Enterprise ELV, network, or e-Surveillance product sales.
  • Demonstrated and proven sales track record with a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with fluency in English.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of the competitive IT infrastructure industry environment.
  • Ability to work independently as well as a collaborative team member.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to multitask and prioritize efficiently.
  • Comfortable with frequent travel and making cold calls to new prospects.
  • A valid driver's license and personal motorcycle/scooter for local travel are required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and experience with CRM software is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹50,000.00 per month
