The Sales Executive is responsible for generating revenue by promoting the hotel's services, rooms, banquets, F&B outlets, and other facilities to prospective clients. The role involves building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, achieving sales targets, and maintaining a positive brand image of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to maximize revenue.
  • Promote hotel rooms, banquets, conferences, and F&B outlets to corporate and individual clients.
  • Conduct sales calls, client meetings, and site inspections to showcase facilities.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Prepare proposals, contracts, and quotations for clients.
  • Achieve individual and departmental sales targets.
  • Coordinate with operations teams (Front Office, Banquets, F&B) to ensure smooth client servicing.
  • Maintain a database of clients, prospects, and market intelligence.
  • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking activities to build new connections.
  • Handle guest inquiries and provide customized solutions to meet client needs.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for management.
  • Ensure brand standards and customer satisfaction are upheld in every interaction.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Customer-focused approach with ability to build long-term relationships.
  • Target-oriented with strong business development mindset.
  • Knowledge of hospitality sales, corporate accounts, and local market trends.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Good computer skills (MS Office, CRM systems, IDS/Opera knowledge preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
