Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and research potential customers through various channels.
  • Outreach: Initiate contact with prospects via cold calls, emails, and social media.
  • Lead Qualification: Determine if a prospect meets the company's ideal customer profile and has a genuine need for the product or service.
  • Nurturing: Engage prospects to create interest and build a relationship before handing them off to an Account Executive.
  • CRM Management: Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to track activities, manage leads, and report on progress.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure a smooth lead handoff and share insights.
  • Meeting Sales Goals: Consistently meet or exceed targets for qualified leads generated and meetings booked.

Required Skills

  • Communication: Strong written and verbal skills for engaging with prospects and colleagues.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage time effectively and maintain organized records of activities.
  • Resilience: A thick skin to handle rejection and maintain motivation in a high-volume environment.
  • CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Research Skills: Ability to identify and research target accounts and contacts.
  • Coachability: Willingness to receive and implement feedback to improve performance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹25,000.00 per month
