Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team at A2R Alliance
marketing, with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience. This position offers an exciting
opportunity to contribute to the growth of our company in Pune and surrounding areas.
**Responsibilities**:
1. Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to promote solar products and services.
2. Identify and approach potential clients, including residential, commercial, and industrial sectors,
to generate leads and achieve sales targets.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients through regular
communication and follow-ups.
4. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to educate clients about the benefits of
solar energy solutions.
5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and installation of solar products,
addressing any customer inquiries or concerns.
6. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify
new business opportunities.
7. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to track performance and evaluate the
effectiveness of sales and marketing initiatives.
8. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote
brand awareness and expand the customer base.
**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the solar industry.
3. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in Hindi, English, and Marathi.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Must have own two-wheeler for client visits and meetings.
7. Willingness to travel extensively (approximately 60%) within Pune and nearby areas.
8. Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software.
9. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet
deadlines.
10. Flexibility to work from home, with occasional client visits as per business requirements.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
