**Responsibilities**:
As a Sales Manager / Executive at Rajyug Solutions, your primary focus will be driving sales for our Data and AI services. Your responsibilities include:
- Prospecting and acquiring new clients.
- Understanding client needs and presenting tailored solutions.
- Building and maintaining client relationships.
- Achieving monthly sales targets.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven sales experience in the IT industry, specifically in selling services.
- In-depth understanding of Data and AI services.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
**Performance Metrics**:
- Monthly sales target: Achieve a minimum of 80% of the target
- Client Acquisition: Bring in new clients and expand our client base.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
**Salary Structure**:
The salary is linked to performance, with eligibility requiring a minimum of 70% achievement of the monthly sales target.
