Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Business Development Manager at IIHM and Indismart Woodbourne Resort GOA. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, conducting market research, developing sales strategies, and meeting sales targets. The role requires strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities.
Qualifications
Proven track record in business development, sales, or a related role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities
Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities
Experience in the hospitality industry is preferred
Knowledge of hotel management and hospitality education is a plus
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
