Position: Business Development Manager

Work Experience: Prefer minimum 2 Years of experience
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough market research to identify potential properties within the hospitality sector.
Develop and implement strategic plans to expand Company’s market share.
Relationship Building and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in hotels, resorts, and villas, including owners, managers, and purchasing departments.
Lead sales efforts by pitching products and negotiating favourable terms and agreements with potential partners.
Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotions tailored to the hospitality sector.
Monitor and analyse sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity to identify areas for improvement and adjust strategies accordingly.
Prepare regular reports and updates for the management on business development activities, progress, and achievements.
To work with sales and marketing departments to identify potential clients, draft proposals and review contracts.
Attending industry events such as association conferences and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends.
