Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in a product-based or luxury market.- Strong ability to understand and present high-value products, such as saunas and chillers.- Familiarity with CRM systems like Odoo, Salesforce, or HubSpot.- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze sales trends and make strategic adjustments.
Role Overview
The Head of Sales at Biotastic is responsible for driving revenue growth by managing and converting incoming leads, building a strong sales pipeline, and scaling sales operations. Biotastic specializes in premium saunas and chillers designed for both residential and commercial use. As the Head of Sales, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that customers understand the value of these products, from their luxurious features to their long-term benefits, while achieving sales targets.
This role demands a strong understanding of the sales lifecycle, the ability to create tailored solutions for customers, and the leadership skills to manage and scale a high-performing sales team.
Products to be Sold
1. Saunas:
- High-quality, customizable saunas designed for wellness and relaxation.- Includes various options such as traditional, infrared, and hybrid models.
(2) Chillers:
- Advanced cooling systems designed to complement saunas and other wellness setups.- Suitable for commercial installations like spas, gyms, and luxury resorts, as well as premium home use.
Key Responsibilities1. Lead Management and Conversion
- Handle and prioritize all incoming leads to ensure no potential customer is left unattended.- Engage with leads through calls, emails, and meetings to understand their needs and preferences.- Present tailored solutions, emphasizing the unique features and benefits of Biotastic's saunas and chillers.- Follow up diligently with prospective customers to convert leads into closed sales.
2. Sales Strategy and Execution
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market penetration and drive product demand.- Create personalized proposals and pricing plans to match customer requirements.- Stay updated on market trends and competitor products to position Biotastic’s offerings effectively.
3. Team Leadership and Performance
- Recruit, train, and mentor a sales team to scale operations as demand grows.- Set clear individual and team sales targets, and establish a system of accountability through regular performance reviews.- Share best practices and foster a collaborative sales culture focused on results and customer satisfaction.
4. Customer Relationship Management
- Build lasting relationships with customers by providing exceptional pre- and post-sale support.- Implement a structured system to capture and respond to customer feedback, ensuring a positive buying experience.- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system for follow-ups and upselling opportunities.
5. Reporting and Analysis
- Track all sales activities in the CRM system (e.g., Odoo or equivalent) to ensure data accuracy and transparency.- Provide detailed daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to the Founder, highlighting:- Leads generated, contacted, and converted.- Sales revenue achieved versus targets.- Customer feedback and identified challenges.- Use data insights to continuously refine sales strategies and improve conversion rates.
Expectations
1. Sales Growth:
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales revenue targets.
2.Lead Conversion:
- Ensure timely follow-ups on all incoming leads with a target conversion rate of (insert percentage).
3.Product Knowledge:
- Develop in-depth knowledge of Biotastic’s sauna and chiller features, benefits, and applications to present them effectively.- 4.Customer Experience:- Deliver a professional and seamless buying experience for all customers.
Laying down KPI's for better understanding of the expectations
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Daily KPIs:
- Number of leads contacted and their status (e.g., follow-up, conversion, not interested).- Total sales activities logged in the CRM system (e.g., calls made, meetings scheduled).
Weekly KPIs:
- Total number of leads progressed to the next stage of the sales funnel.- Number of closed deals versus target.- Conversion rate for leads contacted during the week.
Monthly KPIs:
- Total revenue generated versus target.- Lead-to-sale conversion rate.- Customer satisfaction score from feedback surveys.- Average sales cycle length (time from lead entry to deal closure).- Follow-up completion rate (percentage of leads followed up on).

Work ExpectationsDaily
- Contact all incoming leads within 24 hours.- Log all sales activities and updates in the CRM system.- Share a quick summary of completed tasks and challenges with the Founder.
Weekly
- Analyze weekly sales performance and prepare for a one-on-one check-in with the Founder.- Collaborate with the team (if applicable) to address bottlenecks and strategize for the coming week.
Monthly
- Present a detailed sales performance report, including KPI analysis, success stories, and areas for improvement.- Suggest new strategies or initiatives to scale sales.
