Role will involve –
Managing business development team across Mumbai with the sole objective of building efficiencies and achieving annual targets set by the company.
Grooming the Business Development Managers & Senior Managers, and setting up a
scalable Sales infrastructure which will take Mumbai & West region to the next level in terms of both revenue and scalability.
Managing large National Key accounts and ensuring participation in pitches, and meetings to close business with key decision makers across various sectors.
Managing and building pipelines & assisting in effective closures.
To motivate, Inspire and drive teams to achieve their personal targets ( This role will involve - leading by example).
Mentoring the team on cold calling, presentations, pitches, and helping them achieve required impact among key decision makers ( Marketing Heads/Brand Heads/Category Heads).
An eye for detail and a solid understanding of the diverse range of marketing strategies across FMCG, Retail, Consumer Durable sectors
Being responsible for an aggressive top line target and also being a part of new product innovation.
Work closely with the teams within the organization to run the complete sales cycle and build a strong knowledge sharing practice.
Requirements:
8-10 years of agency/media/advertising/Martech sales experience.
Having experience in enterprise/corporate and B2B sales.
Having experience of growing presence in a region.
