About the RoleWe are seeking a dynamic
Lead Generation Specialist
to drive our strategic growth and expand market reach in the publishing and marketing services sector. This role is critical in identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential business opportunities that will fuel our company's expansion and revenue generation.
Core Responsibilities
Lead Identification and QualificationDevelop and implement targeted lead generation strategiesUtilize multiple channels including digital platforms, professional networks, and industry eventsConduct comprehensive research to identify potential clients in publishing, author services, and related marketsPerform initial lead qualification through detailed screening processesMaintain a robust and organized lead tracking system
Prospecting and Initial EngagementDevelop targeted outreach strategies for different market segmentsCraft personalized communication strategies for potential clientsConduct initial discovery calls and preliminary meetingsPrepare compelling introductory materials and preliminary proposalsTrack and document all lead interaction touchpoints
Market Intelligence and ResearchContinuously monitor publishing industry trends and emerging market opportunitiesCompile detailed market research reportsIdentify potential new business segments and client nichesDevelop competitive intelligence briefsSupport strategic planning with actionable market insights
Client Relationship ManagementManage initial client communication and follow-up processesPrepare comprehensive lead profiles and opportunity assessmentsSupport smooth transition of qualified leads to sales teamMaintain accurate and detailed records in CRM systemsEnsure high-quality lead nurturing and engagement
Collaborative EffortsWork closely with sales, marketing, and business development teamsParticipate in strategy sessions and team meetingsContribute to team performance and collaborative objectivesProvide regular updates on lead generation activities and potential opportunities
Required Qualifications0-2 years of experience in lead generation, sales, or business developmentBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fieldStrong academic performanceInternship or entry-level experience in client-facing roles preferredBasic understanding of B2B lead generation principles
