Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager located in Ahmedabad. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and leading sales teams, setting and achieving sales targets, developing and executing sales strategies, and building and maintaining strong customer relationships. The role also includes monitoring market trends, identifying new business opportunities, and providing regular sales reports to senior management. Additionally, the Regional Sales Manager will collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and overall business growth.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with market analysis and identifying business opportunities
  • Proficient in sales reporting and performance tracking
  • FMCG industry experience is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad
