Role Description

This is a
full-time, on-site

. As a
Outreach Specialist
, you will be responsible for engaging with potential business clients, initiating and maintaining communication, and supporting lead generation efforts. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to drive outreach campaigns, connect with key decision-makers, and ensure a professional and value-driven client experience. Your role will be essential in expanding our B2B network and creating new business opportunities through direct outreach and follow-ups.

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills – a must-have for effective client engagement
  • Smart, intellectually curious, and quick to learn new concepts and tools
  • Ability to understand and articulate B2B marketing strategies and value propositions
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently while also collaborating effectively in a team environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a professional and confident approach to outreach
  • Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for outreach and communication is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred
  • Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong willingness to learn are encouraged to apply
