Community Outreach Specialist

This role involves working directly with the community to identify and engage individuals and families who require our services.

  • Conduct Community Visits: Conduct regular visits to communities, schools, and other settings to identify individuals and families in need of our services.
  • Raise Awareness: Promote our program's objectives, services, and entitlements through various channels to increase awareness and engagement.
  • Facilitate Referrals: Collaborate with healthcare providers, educators, and social service organizations to facilitate referrals to individuals and families who require our support.
  • Maintain Accurate Records: Ensure accurate and timely recording of visits, interventions, and follow-ups to inform program development and evaluation.
  • Organize Community Meetings: Plan and execute community meetings, group sessions, and awareness campaigns to promote our program's objectives and services.
  • Liaison Role: Serve as a liaison between our organization and the community, ensuring that their needs and feedback are effectively communicated and addressed.
  • Distribution of IEC Materials: Assist in distributing Information, Education, and Communication (IEC) materials to support community awareness and education.
  • Data Collection: Support data collection and documentation for project monitoring and evaluation to inform program improvement.
