Role: Captive Business Development ( Property Acquisition ) Location: DelhiExperience: 4-7 yrsDepartment: Business DevelopmentAbout the Role:We are seeking a dynamic and strategic professional to drive growth in our captive business segment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing partnerships with corporate clients, malls, and other entities to enhance revenue streams, strengthen brand presence, and ensure long-term business profitability.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement strategies to grow captive business opportunities and revenue channels.Analyze market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitive activities to identify emerging opportunities and growth areas.Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, franchise owners, and industry partners to ensure business alignment and profitability.Identify and establish strategic partnerships with corporations, malls, and other potential collaborators.Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver tailored offerings for captive market segments.Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms to optimize profitability while maintaining strong client relationships.Work closely with operations teams to ensure seamless execution of partnerships and delivery excellence.Monitor and evaluate captive business performance, ensuring continuous improvement and achievement of targets.Oversee a portfolio of key captive clients to drive satisfaction, retention, and account growth.Engage regularly with corporate partners to understand their requirements and provide strategic, customized solutions.Track performance metrics, prepare business performance reports, and share insights with senior management.Forecast revenue and provide inputs for strategic planning and budgeting.Qualifications & Skills:Minimum 4 years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, or Corporate Sales, preferably within F&B, retail, or hospitality sectors.Proven experience in managing B2B partnerships and driving captive business growth.Strong negotiation, relationship management, and communication skills.Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making.Ability to work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders for execution excellence.Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools.
