Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Collections Specialist | Sales to join our team, with a focus on Sales, Collection, and Recovery . The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling our B2C clients, ensuring timely collections, and nurturing long-term customer relationships. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong background in up-selling, cross-selling, and debt collection.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Collection Management: Handle timely collections from existing clients and manage outstanding payments effectively.
Retention and Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with customers to improve retention rates and ensure ongoing customer satisfaction.
Sales Opportunities: Identify and execute up-sell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize customer value.
Customer Interaction: Make regular follow-up calls and send emails to clients to maintain engagement and address any queries.
Debt Collection: Take action to encourage timely debt payments, including processing payments and refunds as needed.
Account Management: Maintain accurate records of account statuses and track collection efforts for reporting purposes.
Project Updates: Regularly update clients on ongoing projects to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with the Sales and Accounts teams to ensure smooth payment processes and alignment on client updates.
Required Candidate Profile:
Proven experience in a CRM Senior Executive , Customer Success , Collection Specialist , or Business Development role.
Strong knowledge of billing procedures, collection techniques, and customer engagement strategies.
Proficient in MS Office and familiar with CRM databases.
Fluency in English and Hindi with excellent written and oral communication skills.
Skilled in negotiation and able to manage challenging situations with patience and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and manage stress effectively.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field.
