Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Collections Specialist | Sales to join our team, with a focus on Sales, Collection, and Recovery . The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling our B2C clients, ensuring timely collections, and nurturing long-term customer relationships. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong background in up-selling, cross-selling, and debt collection.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Collection Management: Handle timely collections from existing clients and manage outstanding payments effectively.
- Retention and Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with customers to improve retention rates and ensure ongoing customer satisfaction.
- Sales Opportunities: Identify and execute up-sell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize customer value.
- Customer Interaction: Make regular follow-up calls and send emails to clients to maintain engagement and address any queries.
- Debt Collection: Take action to encourage timely debt payments, including processing payments and refunds as needed.
- Account Management: Maintain accurate records of account statuses and track collection efforts for reporting purposes.
- Project Updates: Regularly update clients on ongoing projects to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with the Sales and Accounts teams to ensure smooth payment processes and alignment on client updates.
Required Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in a CRM Senior Executive , Customer Success , Collection Specialist , or Business Development role.
- Strong knowledge of billing procedures, collection techniques, and customer engagement strategies.
- Proficient in MS Office and familiar with CRM databases.
- Fluency in English and Hindi with excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Skilled in negotiation and able to manage challenging situations with patience and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage stress effectively.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
