Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Credit Collections Specialist at AIMLAY in New Delhi. The role involves managing debt collection, credit management, customer service, and cash collection processes on a day-to-day basis.


Qualifications

  • Payment Collection and Cash Collection skills
  • Analytical Skills for credit management
  • Strong Customer Service skills
  • Relevant experience in credit collections or finance
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Knowledge of credit processes and regulations
  • Experience in the education industry is a plus
  • Effective Communication, payment follow-up from existing clients, Upsell and Cross-selling skills
  • Up-sell, Cross-sell experience
  • B2C client handling
  • Interact with existing customers and make follow-up calls
  • Timely payment & collections from the customers
  • Interaction with customers via Emails & over the phone.
  • Take actions to encourage timely debt payments


Key Skills & Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in collections, ideally in EdTech or a similar sector.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills in English.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and Excel.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment and remain calm under pressure.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset.
