We are seeking an experienced Collections Specialist | Sales to join our team, with a focus on Sales, Collection, and Recovery. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling our B2C clients, ensuring timely collections, and nurturing long-term customer relationships. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong background in up-selling, cross-selling, and debt collection.


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Collection Management: Handle timely collections from existing clients and manage outstanding payments effectively.
  • Retention and Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with customers to improve retention rates and ensure ongoing customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Opportunities: Identify and execute up-sell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize customer value.
  • Customer Interaction: Make regular follow-up calls and send emails to clients to maintain engagement and address any queries.
  • Debt Collection: Take action to encourage timely debt payments, including processing payments and refunds as needed.
  • Account Management: Maintain accurate records of account statuses and track collection efforts for reporting purposes.
  • Project Updates: Regularly update clients on ongoing projects to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with the Sales and Accounts teams to ensure smooth payment processes and alignment on client updates.


Required Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience in a CRM Senior Executive, Customer Success, Collection Specialist, or Business Development role.
  • Strong knowledge of billing procedures, collection techniques, and customer engagement strategies.
  • Proficient in MS Office and familiar with CRM databases.
  • Fluency in English and Hindi with excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Skilled in negotiation and able to manage challenging situations with patience and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage stress effectively.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
