Position: Corporate B2B Sales & Co-founder
Location: Cuffe Parade, Churchgate
About the Role:
As a Corporate Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our mental wellness solutions within corporate environments. Your primary responsibility will be to establish and cultivate relationships with potential clients, understanding their unique needs
Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in building and scaling businesses, ideally as a founder or co-founder.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospect and engage with corporate clients to understand their mental health and well-being requirements.
Present our suite of mental wellness solutions to key decision-makers through effective communication & presentations. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering long-term partnerships
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, informing strategic decision-making.
Negotiate and manage partnerships to expand our reach, enhance our offerings, and drive mutual value.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in B2B Corporate sales. Understanding of mental health and well-being solutions, with a passion for promoting employee wellness. Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to work independently & collaboratively within a dynamic startup environment. Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
