Key Responsibilities:
Media Strategy Development:
Develop and implement media strategies that align with the brand's marketing objectives and drive customer acquisition and retention. Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive activities to inform media planning decisions. Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels.
Media Planning & Buying:
Plan and execute media campaigns across various channels, including digital, social, TV, radio, print, and out-of-home. Manage media budgets, optimize spend across channels, and ensure maximum ROI.
Negotiate with media vendors and partners to secure the best rates and placements.
Campaign Management & Optimization:
Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and adjust strategies to improve effectiveness.
Utilize data-driven insights to optimize media plans and enhance campaign outcomes. Provide regular reports and presentations on media performance to key stakeholders.
Vendor & Agency Management:
Manage relationships with external media agencies and vendors, ensuring alignment with company goals. Evaluate agency performance and provide feedback to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Qualifications:
Experience: 3-6 years of experience in media planning, with a focus on FMCG or agency environments.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Skills:
Strong understanding of both digital and traditional media channels.
Proficiency in media planning tools and analytics platforms.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in D2C or e-commerce brands.
Familiarity with programmatic buying and advanced digital marketing techniques.
