**Responsibilities**:
**Social Media Management**: Create, curate, and schedule content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

**Audience Engagement**: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and interactions on social media to engage with the audience and build a community.

**Content Creation**: Produce engaging text, image, and video content to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.

**Basic Video Editing**: Edit and enhance short video clips for social media content, including adding graphics, text overlays, and optimizing for different platforms.

**Content Calendar**: Maintain and execute a content calendar to ensure a consistent and well-planned social media presence.

**Analytics**: Track and analyze social media performance, generate reports, and use insights to refine content strategy.

**Stay Current**: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media and digital marketing.

**Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in using social media platforms and scheduling tools.
- Basic video editing skills using software like inshot, capcut,Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
- Creative thinking and an eye for design.
- Adept at using analytics and social media insights to optimize content.
- Highly organized and capable of managing multiple social media accounts.
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently to meet deadlines.

This role involves creating and managing engaging social media content while also providing basic video editing support, ensuring that the organization's social media presence remains compelling and visually appealing. The Social Media Coordinator with basic video editing skills plays a critical role in promoting the brand and interacting with the online audience.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
