Position Overview:

We are seeking a creative, organized, and results-driven Social Media Coordinator to manage and grow our social media presence across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media trends, content creation, and community engagement. You will work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute social media campaigns, create engaging content, and analyze performance metrics to enhance brand awareness and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Management:

- Develop, curate, and schedule daily content across social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.).- Create engaging visual content, including graphics, videos, and written posts that align with brand voice and messaging.- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., design, copywriting, PR) to ensure content quality and consistency.

Social Media Strategy & Execution:

- Assist in the creation of social media strategies to align with overall marketing objectives.- Implement campaigns across various channels to drive engagement, awareness, and lead generation.- Monitor trends and best practices in social media, suggesting new tactics to stay ahead of the curve.

Community Management:

- Engage with followers and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.- Build and maintain relationships with influencers, partners, and followers to grow the online community.

Analytics & Reporting:

- Track and report on key social media metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, impressions, conversions).- Provide recommendations for optimization based on performance data.- Generate weekly or monthly reports on social media activity and campaign performance.

Paid Social Media (if applicable):

- Assist in the creation and management of paid social media campaigns (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Sponsored Content).- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize paid social efforts for maximum ROI.

Social Listening:

- Monitor social media platforms for relevant conversations, industry trends, and competitor activities.- Report insights and feedback to the team for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in social media management or content creation.

Skills:

- Proficient in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) and social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, etc.).- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with an ability to create compelling content.- Experience with photo/video editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.) is a plus.- Ability to analyze social media metrics and make data-driven decisions.- Knowledge of social media advertising and campaign management (paid social).- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
