_**Job Description-**_

**1. Overall Agency Functioning**:

- In charge of the overall functioning of the agency within the Ministry of Tribal Affairs (MoTA).

**2. Strategic Roadmap and Media Plans**

: Conceptualize strategic roadmaps for ministry social media handles and media pl

ans aligned with Ministry core objectives.

**3. Social Media Calendar**:

- Share the draft monthly social media calendar according to Ministry requirements

**4. Content Creation and Coordination**:

- Coordinate with the Ministry and the team for all required content creation and design artwork to deliver as per Ministry requirements.

**5. Social Media Management**:

- Plan and manage social posting on all social channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter

, Google, YouTube, Koo, Instagram) of theMinistry.

**6. Engagement Activities**:

- Regularly organize online surveys, quizzes, opinion polls, and contests on all platforms in consultation with the Ministry.

**7. Creative Updates**:

- Give social media platforms a new look every month (if required) by updating creative banners, theme lines, links, etc., in line with the overall theme/strategy approved by the Ministry.

**8. Content Tagging and Linkages**:

- Create relevant tagging and linkages of content on all platforms.

**9. Enhancement of Reach**:

- Responsible for enhancing the reach of the Government's messages on various social media platforms through non-paid means, engaging non-paid influencers in consultation with MoTA.

**10. Social Media Monitoring and Reporting**:

- Measure and monitor social activities, analyze, review, and report on the effectiveness of campaigns to maximize results for the Ministry.
- Track and analyze X (formerly known asTwitter) activities and analytics.

**11. Data Analysis**:

- Translate data into human insights and stories that drive change in digital marketing strategy and tactics.
- Develop methodologies for joining data from multiple sources that add value.

**12. Content Creation and Research**:

- Excellent in creating content on live issues through research (online/offline) as and when required.

**13. Daily Postings and Event Coverage**:

- Ensure daily postings on all social media platforms.
- Cover all festivals, cultural events, national and international events linked with the Ministry, and deliver reports on the event engagement on all social media platforms with SWOT analysis based on team performance.

**14. Trend Monitoring and Influencer Campaigns**:

- Monitor and advise on emerging social networking trends and social media best practices.
- Execute influencer campaigns and content creator activations.

**15. Live Event Coverage**:

- Responsible for live coverage of events through Live Tweeting, Facebook Live, YouTube Live for important client events, conferences, etc.

**16. Content Drafting and Proofreading**:

- Conceptualize and proofread drafts of reports/articles/PIBs prepared by content writers before submission to the requisite authorities.
- Conceptualize and draft scripts (English/Hindi) for concept videos for advertisement, promotion of schemes, after movies of events, etc.

**17. Reporting and Query Management**:

- Ensure submission of requisite month-end reports to the higher authority by the 1st week of every month.
- Manage query management related to social media.

**18. Data Analyst Oversight**:

- Oversee the work of the data analyst.
- _**QUALIFICATION**_
- **Post Graduation in Mass Communication or related field from recognized and reputed institute**:

- **07 years proven track record in strategy and communications and leading projects of similar nature and scale.**:

- **Minimum of 2 years of experience is compulsory in a government department at the Central or State level, including PSUs or autonomous bodies or organizations under the administrative control of the Ministry/Department of**:

- **Central or State Goverment.**

**Salary**: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
