X10 Media Inc., a leading design and development agency, is looking for a dynamic and creative Assistant Manager / Project Coordinator to join our team. This role requires a blend of creativity, authority, and managerial skills to ensure timely execution of projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating with team members for various projects, planning social media content, managing client relationships, and creating compelling video content.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Coordination: Oversee and ensure timely completion of projects by effectively managing team deadlines and deliverables.

Client Interaction: Act as the primary point of contact, handle calls of clients and potential leads, providing updates, resolving issues, and ensuring smooth communication regarding project milestones and tasks.

Video Production: Create high-quality video content that aligns with company and client objectives, enhancing the visual storytelling of our projects.

Team Leadership: Motivate and guide team members, fostering a creative and collaborative work environment to achieve high-quality results.

Social Media Management: Develop innovative strategies and content plans for various social media platforms to enhance client engagement and brand visibility.

Creative Input: Provide creative direction for projects, ensuring that all output meets the high standards expected by the agency and our clients.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.- Proven experience in project coordination or management, preferably in a creative agency setting.- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in client-facing roles.- Creative mindset with experience in video production and social media strategy.- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines- Strong organizational and multitasking skills- Detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks effectively- Proficient in project management tools and software- Ability to work independently and remotely- Experience in the digital solutions or technology industry is a plus- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

Location:

Fully Remote, Should have stable Internet Connection and Proper Working Environment

Pay Scale: 2.5LPA to 4 LPA
