Project Planning: Collaborate with the project manager to define project goals, objectives, scope, and deliverables. Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and schedules.

Communication and Coordination: Facilitate effective communication among project team members, stakeholders, and other relevant parties. Schedule and organize project meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute meeting minutes. Ensure that project updates and information are effectively communicated to all stakeholders.

Documentation: Create and maintain project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, status updates, and project-related files. Organize and maintain project records, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.

Resource Management: Assist in coordinating and allocating project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials. Monitor resource availability and utilization to ensure efficient project execution.

Task Management: Track project tasks, deadlines, and dependencies. Monitor task progress and provide regular updates to the project manager and team members. Identify and address any issues or delays in task completion.

Risk Management: Assist in identifying potential project risks and issues. Contribute to the development of risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans. Monitor and report on risk factors throughout the project lifecycle.

Quality Assurance: Support the project manager in ensuring project deliverables meet established quality standards. Coordinate quality control activities, including inspections, testing, and reviews.

Budget and Cost Control: Assist in monitoring project budget and expenses. Track project costs, analyze budget variances, and provide regular financial reports to the project manager. Contribute to cost-saving initiatives when possible.

Stakeholder Engagement: Foster positive relationships with project stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams. Address stakeholder inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

Project Evaluation and Closure: Participate in project evaluation activities, such as lessons learned sessions and post-project reviews. Assist in project closure tasks, including documentation, archiving, and knowledge transfer.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
