**Position Summary**:
The Project Coordinator will play a critical role in the planning, execution, and monitoring of the Teacher Professional Development for Equity (TPD4Equity) Project's activities. TPD4Equity in India is a collaborative effort between the Language and Learning Foundation, theLearning Equity Initiative, the University of Pennsylvania and the Language and Learning Academy. The partnership aims to design tools for understanding educational program’s alignment and impact on learning equity in foundational years. In particular, this project will support LLF’s Teacher Professional Development (TPD) on marginalized populations.

The Project Coordinator will manage all project-related tasks, coordinate data collection and analysis, ensure timely completion, and facilitate effective communication among team members and stakeholders. This position requires a strong background in educational research, data analysis, and project management. There would also be frequent field visits to the selected schools and geographies.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Project Planning:
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.

Assist in identifying project goals and objectives, ensuring alignment with the overall project strategy.

Task Coordination:
Coordinate all activities, ensuring tasks are assigned, executed, and completed within defined timelines.

Track the progress of each activity, resolve issues, and ensure that project milestones are met.

Data Analysis:
Oversee data collection, validation, and storage.

Coordinate with interns, researchers and consultants to ensure project timelines and goals alignment.

Design and employ qualitative and quantitative data tools and assessments to inform project decision-making, including data analysis and visualization methodologies.

Reporting and Documentation:
Maintain accurate project records, budgets, and reports.

Assist in the preparation of regular progress reports for project management and stakeholders.

Stakeholder Communication:
Establish and maintain effective communication channels with project team members, interns, stakeholders, and external partners.

Facilitate regular project meetings, prepare agendas, and provide accurate and timely meeting minutes.

Resource Management:
Efficiently allocate project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
Bachelor's degree in Education, Social Sciences, Project Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

Proven expertise in project coordination, particularly in educational research projects, with a track record of data analysis.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, specifically in the context of educational data.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in project management software and data analysis tools.

Understanding of ethical considerations in research and data collection.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently when required.

Strong organizational and time management skills.
