Job Description :
Realty Assistant is seeking talented individual to join our team in Noida. We currently have opening for the position of Sales Manager. If you are a motivated, results - oriented professional with a passion for sales and leadership, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
You will be responsible developing the sales team, coordinating sales operations, and implementing effective sales techniques to help the business consistently meet and exceed its sales targets. You will work with customers, suppliers, and team members to evaluate budgets and P&L, and identify ways to simplify and improve the sales process. As part of your role, you will assign sales territories, mentor members of your sales team, set targets, arrange sales training, manage the HR of the team, and build sales plans.
Skills and Requirements:
4 or more years of experience in core real estate.
One should own vehicle
Passionate about sales
Good communication skills & Client handling skills
Ability to handle stress and rejection in soliciting clients
Flexibility with rotation offs and stretchable hours
Outlook-Properly groomed and formally dressed
Confidence and skillful negotiating skills
Strong organizational skills to give the team direction
In-station, Outstation and Internal travel
