Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with clients to understand their hiring requirements and company culture.
  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various channels (Naukri, , shine.com etc).
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ qualifications and fit for client positions.
  • Manage candidate relationships and provide a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Coordinate with clients to schedule interviews, negotiate offers, and facilitate onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and hiring activities in the recruitment database.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to advise clients effectively.


Qualifications:

  • Min 3 years of experience in recruitment in non-IT sectors.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent recruitment abilities
  • Proficiency in sourcing and screening candidates
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
