Job Description
We’re growing our team and looking for a quality-driven and committed Talent Acquisition Specialist that will be responsible for filling specific positions within our organization, working closely with hiring managers to identify and attract the best candidates for each role and increasing our talent pool. You will be entrusted with an ongoing request to discover talent, build a strong employment brand, and ensure great relationships with candidates.

We have offices in Dublin, Lisbon, and Toronto and delivery centers in Portugal and Romania. With prestigious clients across North America and Europe, we develop and implement solutions that enable them to master the demands of a digital-based economy.
You will help us grow our team by finding talented people that fit our needs, requirements, and culture. You will be part of a highly dynamic team and have an active talent acquisition role in the tech industry. Your day-to-day responsibilities and tasks will include:
- Understand recruitment needs and requirements;
- Source, identify, and attract IT talent through various channels;
- Collaborate with hiring managers to develop job descriptions and candidate profiles.
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Manage and grow our talent pool to build a pipeline for future needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Keep regular communication with past applicants regarding new jobs and careers opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with the department’s processes and procedures.
- Support the talent team in all inherent tasks.
Requirements - Bachelor's degree or another academic degree in the areas of Human Resources Management, Psychology or similar.
- At least 1 year's experience in Recruitment and Selection.
- Experience in the IT/Software Development sector (preferred).
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases.
- Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different roles.
- Tech-savvy and experienced using technology and digital systems.
- Team player with the capacity to perform tasks independently and proactively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, having a results-oriented mindset.
- Be a dynamic person with good communication skills.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Requirements
