Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Regional Head in Mumbai. The Regional Head will oversee and manage all operational aspects of the regional office, implement strategic plans, and ensure the effective delivery of services. This role includes leading a team of professionals, driving sales and business growth, enhancing client relationships, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The Regional Head will also be responsible for market analysis and identifying new business opportunities.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Experience in financial services, wealth management, and investment banking
- Strong sales acumen and business development capabilities
- Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
- Market analysis and strategic planning abilities
- Understanding of regulatory and compliance standards
- Proficiency in digital platforms and financial technology
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or equivalent is preferred
