Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and client-focused PCG Advisor to join our Private Client Group in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in trading, order execution, client acquisition, and servicing HNI/UHNI clients. A strong understanding of financial instruments including derivatives, options, and equity markets is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

- Execute client trades across equity, derivatives, and options markets with precision and compliance.

- Provide personalized investment advice and portfolio strategies to HNI and UHNI clients.

- Acquire new clients through networking, referrals, and cold calls to grow the HNI/UHNI client base.

- Manage and service client portfolios, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.

- Continuously monitor market trends and proactively update clients on relevant opportunities or risks.

- Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

- Achieve assigned business development targets, with a focus on cross-selling post two years of tenure.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Commerce, or a related field (MBA/CFP/NISM certifications preferred).

- Minimum 3 years of experience as a financial advisor, relationship manager, or trader in a PCG, wealth management, or brokerage environment.

- Proven experience in trading and order execution.

- Strong understanding of capital markets, especially equities, derivatives, options, and structured products.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.

- Proficiency in trading platforms, client management systems, and MS Office.
