Data Management Group Associate

As a key member of our research team, you will be responsible for managing and scaling high-quality updates processes for multiple regions globally. You will oversee a sizeable team of analysts, driving results with minimal effort and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
Key responsibilities include:
- Research and knowledge management: deliver high-quality updates for your regions
- Quality guardianship: regularly review updates executed by your team and identify quality issues
- Recruitment: support hiring of research analysts to meet group headcount and content targets
- Team management: train, develop, and motivate team members, promoting a positive, decisive, and empathic management style
- Strategic initiatives: identify and own improvement opportunities and execute data improvement initiatives in the DMG group
You will work closely with the DMG Team Lead to achieve these objectives.
This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and a hands-on attitude. The ideal candidate should have a track record of driving success in a fast-paced environment and delivering results under pressure.
