The Zonal Business Head will lead the corporate sales vertical for the assigned region, which includes all of

Maharashtra, Goa, and Madhya Pradesh. This role involves driving client acquisition, achieving revenue and profitability targets, managing channel sales, and leading regional teams. The position requires strategic planning, collaboration with internal departments, and in-depth market knowledge to ensure sustained growth.

Key Responsibilities

● Business Development: Drive the acquisition of corporate clients and develop long-term business relationships.

● Strategic Planning: Develop and implement budgets and strategies to control acquisition costs and maximize ROI.

● Channel Sales Management: Oversee the performance of channel sales in the region and collaborate with channel partners to optimize sales.

● Team Management: Build, manage, and mentor zonal and regional sales teams to drive corporate sales and achieve peak performance.

● Reporting: Prepare and manage MIS reports to track client interactions, sales activities, and performance metrics.

Essential Requirements

● Experience: 15+ years in Sales & Development.

● Education: Graduation.

● Mandatory Skills:

○ Insurance Product Knowledge

○ Client Relationship Management

○ Team Management and Leadership

○ Negotiation Skills

○ Communication and Interpersonal skills

● Location: Head Office (HO).

● Employment Type: Full-Time.
