Job Description:

We are currently seeking a dedicated Business Development Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our business development efforts by assisting in sourcing potential clients and maintaining data integrity. If you have a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for contributing to business growth, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

- Utilize various platforms including

to source potential clients.- Assist in compiling shortlists of potential clients and candidates based on specified criteria.- Input and maintain accurate data in our Customer Relationship Management System (CRM).- Regularly cleanse and categorize database entries to ensure data integrity.- Support the business development team with administrative tasks as needed.- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth communication and workflow.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a business development or sales environment.- Familiarity with CRM systems; experience with Vincere is a plus.- Experience sourcing within the UK, US or EU markets- Basic understanding of business development principles and practices.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
