Shift: General Day Shift with Alternate Saturday off and Sunday working
Salary- 3.50lpa
Shift Window- 10am to 6pm
Job Summary
We are looking for a Support Coordinator / Helpdesk Executive to manage IT support operations, coordinate resources, and ensure smooth service delivery. The role involves handling calls, incident tracking, SLA monitoring, documentation, and supporting project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage calls & SLAs, ensuring timely resolution of queries.
- Handle incident management logging, tracking, and closing issues.
- Coordinate resources, team schedules, and operational support.
- Support in scheduled activities, documentation, and reporting.
- Assist in project planning, tracking deliverables, and stakeholder communication.
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate with 2–3 years' experience in IT support/helpdesk roles.
- Strong organizational & communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office & ticketing tools.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
