Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage calls & SLAs, ensuring timely resolution of queries.
  • Handle incident management logging, tracking, and closing issues.
  • Coordinate resources, team schedules, and operational support.
  • Support in scheduled activities, documentation, and reporting.
  • Assist in project planning, tracking deliverables, and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Graduate with 2–3 years' experience in IT support/helpdesk roles.
  • Strong organizational & communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office & ticketing tools.
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
