Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR Manager in Pilerne. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment process, managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, developing HR policies, and maintaining employee records. The role also includes training and development of staff, performance management, benefits administration, and handling any HR-related inquiries or issues.
Qualifications
- Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
- Strong understanding of labor laws and HR compliance
- Proficiency in developing and implementing HR policies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Adept in benefits administration and employee record maintenance
- Ability to train and develop staff effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Prior experience in the real estate industry is a plus
