Human Resources Manager Job Summary

The Human Resources (HR) function is a vital part of our organization. It plays a key role in ensuring that we have the right people with the right skills, in the right place at the right time.

  • As an HR Supervisor, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company regulations.
  • You will also be responsible for managing the recruitment process, including job advertising, interviewing candidates and making job offers.
  • In addition, you will be responsible for providing HR support to employees, including answering queries, resolving issues and handling employee relations matters.
  • Another key responsibility of this role is to maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel records, including employee files, attendance records and performance management data.
  • You will also be responsible for coordinating training and development programs for employees, as well as evaluating their effectiveness.
  • Furthermore, you will be responsible for conducting regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Finally, you will provide strategic HR advice to management on matters related to human resources, talent management, and organizational development.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of integrity and discretion.
