Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Support in the day-to-day operations and running of our innovation engagements and programs for startups, corporates, academia, and government
- Engage with internal & external stakeholders for the successful and efficient execution of programs
- Execute and analyze critical engagement interventions like mentorship sessions, office hours, workshops, post-program support, etc.
- Work closely with respective program managers to plan and deliver successful outcomes for program stakeholders.
- Conduct cadence and engage with program stakeholders to communicate key updates, record progress, and collect feedback.
- Utilize project management tools to keep program cohorts on track and measure against any deviations.
- Maintains report forms, formats, information dashboards, data generators, reports, and other resources.
Experience and Qualification:
- 2-4 years of innovation/incubation/acceleration/startups ecosystem experience.

- Basic Design sensibilities and exposure to a tool like Canva.
- Good Communication via phone, e-mail, and social tools like Discord
Relationship management skills and Negotiation etiquette.
- Interest in and exposure to researching blogs, articles, and online content
- Basic proficiency in knowledge management tools & techniques.
