Key Responsibilities:
Managing Value Partner Desk Activities:
- Oversee and document all interactions and interventions between value partners (VPs) and startups.
- Record and monitor the benefits provided by VPs to startups, ensuring that records are accurate and up to date.
Relationship Management:
- Build and sustain strong relationships with existing value partners, ensuring their continued engagement and satisfaction.
- Act as the main point of contact for VPs, addressing their concerns, needs, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
Coordination with Program Teams:
- Work closely with program teams to understand their specific needs for value partner services.
- Coordinate requests from program teams and ensure that VPs are integrated smoothly into relevant programs.
Scouting for New Value Partners:
- Conduct research to identify potential new value partners who offer services that align with the needs of startups.
- Maintain a comprehensive and updated database of existing and prospective value partners to ensure a diverse and robust network.
Event Hosting:
- Plan, organize, and host events and workshops to showcase value partners and increase their visibility within the T-Hub ecosystem.
- Facilitate networking sessions between value partners and startups, fostering meaningful collaborations and relationships.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience of min 2yrs in partnership or stakeholder management, with a proven track record of maintaining professional relationships.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with value partners and internal teams.
- A passion for the startup ecosystem and the desire to support entrepreneurial growth.
- Experience in event planning and coordination is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
