The candidates should possess
Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Chemical engineering
7 to 10 years' experience in Sales working in a company of repute, preferably in an engineering company
Understanding customers' requirement and to portray company's expertise and strength
Excellent communication and convincing skill
Excellent imagination, foresightedness, presence of mind, and initiative
Good knowledge and experience in working with process industries and OEMs in South area
Well organized with aptitude in learning and zeal to excel in the ocean of opportunities
Understanding local language
Ready to travel extensively inside the territory
The candidates will be responsible for
Target oriented Sales in the specified region
Identifying and addressing customers' query
Generating new leads and creating customer perception
Payment realization from customers
Communication with customers and work as a bridge between customers and Operation
He will be responsible to increase company's business and directly reporting to BU head.
