Role & responsibilities

  • Sales: Drive sales growth and achieve targets within the designated area. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market share and achieve revenue objectives.
  • Distributor Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, providing guidance and support to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure operational efficiency and excellence within the area, including supply chain coordination, payment discipline, and inventory management.
  • Customer Engagement: Provide exceptional technical support and customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and nurturing long-term relationships with key customers.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitive activities, and customer needs, providing valuable insights and recommendations to inform business strategies and decision-making.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics, providing timely and accurate insights to senior management.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Textiles (Specialization in chemistry or textile wet processing)
  • 5-7 years of proven experience in sales, in the textile chemical industry.
  • Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, driving revenue growth, and building successful distributor networks.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Willingness to travel within the area as required.
