Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients through outbound calling and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Assist clients with inquiries, resolving issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  • Utilize data entry skills to maintain accurate client records and documentation.
  • Provide product information and support to enhance client satisfaction and drive sales.
  • Demonstrate effective phone etiquette during all client interactions.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve client services and streamline processes.
  • Analyze client feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately when required.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand customer requirements and suggest solutions.
  • Problem-solving mindset and patience in handling complaints.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
  • Previous experience in customer service or advisory roles is a plus.
