Role Description

We are looking for a customer-focused Service Advisor to be the key point of contact between our customers and the workshop team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for cars, and strong organizational ability to manage service schedules, customer follow-ups, and service documentation.

Responsibilities

  1. Greet customers and understand their vehicle service needs
  2. Provide accurate service estimates and timelines
  3. Coordinate between customers and technical team to ensure smooth service delivery
  4. Follow up with customers on service progress and post-service satisfaction
  5. Maintain accurate service records and manage appointments
  6. Promote additional services and genuine spare parts when appropriate

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years experience in automotive service advisory role or customer service in automotive industry
  • Good understanding of German premium car brands (BMW, Mercedes, Porsche, Mini Cooper preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized, customer-centric, and solution-oriented
  • Passion for automobiles and eagerness to learn
