We are looking for passionate Business Develpment Executives who drives company growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building client relationships, and developing strategic alliances. Key responsibilities include market research, lead generation, creating compelling sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and tracking sales performance against targets. BDEs collaborate with marketing and product teams, attend industry events, and analyze market trends to inform their strategies and meet sales objectives.
Core Responsibilities
- Market Research & Opportunity Identification
:Conduct research to identify new markets, potential clients, and emerging business opportunities. - Lead Generation & Prospect Management
:Generate new leads through networking, outreach, and various lead generation strategies, then nurture these prospects. - Relationship Building
:Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with potential and existing clients, partners, and other stakeholders. - Sales Strategy & Execution
:Develop and implement sales strategies, prepare business proposals and presentations, and negotiate contracts to close deals. - Cross-Functional Collaboration
:Work with internal teams (sales, marketing, product development) to align strategies and ensure cohesive growth efforts. - Market Analysis
:Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly. - Sales Performance Tracking
:Track sales metrics, monitor progress, and maintain updated databases of leads and customer interactions, often using CRM software. - Networking & Representation
:Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote the company's products and services and expand their professional network.
Required Skills

:Proven ability to achieve sales targets, negotiate effectively, and close deals. - Communication & Interpersonal Skills
:Excellent verbal and written communication for client interactions and internal collaboration. - Market & Industry Knowledge
:Deep understanding of market trends, competitor activities, and the company's products or services. - Analytical Skills
:Ability to analyze market data and business performance to inform strategic decision-making. - Relationship Management
:Strong ability to build rapport and maintain lasting relationships with diverse clients and partners. - Strategic Thinking
:Capacity to develop long-term growth strategies and deploy creative solutions
