Bodyshop Advisor

We are hiring a Bodyshop Advisor to handle accident repair jobs, insurance claims, and customer coordination at Incheon Kia Palakkad.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers for accident/insurance repairs.
• Inspect vehicles and prepare repair estimates.
• Coordinate with insurance companies for claim approvals.
• Monitor repair progress and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience as Bodyshop/Service Advisor.
• Strong knowledge of accident repair & insurance claim handling.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to coordinate with technicians and ensure quality work.
