We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Legal Sales Specialist with a proven track record in sales and client onboarding. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the services industry, strong consultative selling skills, and the ability to build lasting client relationships. This role involves identifying opportunities, pitching legal services, onboarding clients, and driving revenue growth.Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Execution:Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets.Identify, qualify, and pursue leads to convert them into long-term clients.Client Onboarding:Manage the end-to-end client onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition and excellent client experience.Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their legal needs and aligning them with the appropriate services.Relationship Building:Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and repeat business.Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and addressing any issues proactively.Market Research and Lead Generation:Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand industry trends.Generate and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads using CRM tools and other platforms.Collaboration and Reporting:Work closely with legal teams to understand service offerings and ensure accurate representation during sales pitches.Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.Key Skills and Qualifications:
Experience:
5-8 years of proven experience in sales and client onboarding, preferably in the legal, professional services, or B2B sectors.Sales Acumen:
Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to understand client pain points and offer tailored solutions.Client Relationship Management:
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.Communication Skills:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas and negotiate effectively.Industry Knowledge:
Familiarity with legal services, compliance, and contract management is a strong advantage.Technology Proficiency:
Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) and proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Problem-Solving:
Strong analytical skills and the ability to resolve client issues proactively.Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Marketing, or a related field. A master’s degree or equivalent is a plus.
